About me
Hello,
I’m Inese — a paediatric nurse, a mother, and the heart behind Bluebell Sleep Consulting.
My journey into sleep support didn’t begin in a textbook. It began in the quiet, exhausting nights with my own daughter when she was 10 months old. Like many parents, I found myself overwhelmed by broken sleep, second-guessing everything, and longing for rest that felt just out of reach.
Everything changed when we were gently supported by a sleep consultant. With the right guidance, our nights became calmer, more predictable, and filled with a sense of ease I hadn’t felt in a long time. More than sleep improved — I felt like myself again and with my hubby could have back our evenings and dates.
That experience stayed with me.
It inspired me to combine my background in paediatric nursing with certified Consultant in Responsive sleep specialist training and I am now soon to graduate as a certified sleep consultant — something I feel deeply passionate about, so I could offer other families the same sense of relief, reassurance, and calm. Today, I support parents in a way that is gentle, responsive, and completely free of judgement. I understand that every child is different, and every family deserves an approach that feels right for them. My role is to guide you with warmth, clarity, and confidence — so you never feel alone in the process.
